3.     Goal setting = Setting short- term, mid-term, and long-term goals by the team

4.     Calendar planning =  plan meetings around church calendar and other members lives

5.     Meeting times and location =  plan times and dates when you will meet as a team and also your ministry groups

6.     Financial Plan = Establish a treasury, accountability, and develop a budget. Set goals for giving, support general office, and conference office.

7.     Records = Maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive records.

8.     Reporting = reporting develops credibility, accountability, and helps in your planning for this ministry.
